Refund & Return Policy
 
Customer First:
At My July Flowers, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we always strive to deliver a pleasant and high-quality experience.
If you are not satisfied with any product or service provided, we will work to offer the most suitable solution, either by replacing the product or issuing store credit equal to the amount paid.
Store credit (voucher) is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
Please note that this policy does not apply to orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
 
 
Cancellation by My July Flowers:
 
In exceptional cases, My July Flowers may need to cancel an order. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at our discretion.
These cases may include, but are not limited to:
•Delivery addresses outside the United Arab Emirates.
•Orders to remote or hard-to-serve delivery areas.
•Product unavailability or limited stock.
•Inability to fulfill the order or provide a suitable alternative after contacting the customer.
 
 
Cancellation Policy:
 
If a cancellation request is submitted before the order preparation or delivery begins, our customer service team will make every effort to process the request promptly.
Depending on the order status, customers may be eligible for a full refund within several business days.
As orders are prepared immediately after confirmation to ensure timely delivery, some orders may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.
 
 
Cancellation requests may be submitted within (4) days from the order date.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order after the product has been shipped, shipping fees will be deducted. Once the product is refused and returned to the store, the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method after deducting the shipping cost.
